Next, exercise was discussed. Exercise improves the strength and energy of our bodies. It also makes us feel happy. There are many different exercises we can do. Walking, running, swimming and dancing are just a few of the many options. Yoga is another option to increase strength. Yoga is great for flexibility and improving breathing. You should not eat too many junk foods and drink lots water if you are looking to lose weight.

Last but not least, we discussed sleep. Sleep is one of the most important things that we do every day. When we don't get enough sleep, we tend to become tired and stressed.
