To do this, we needed to discover what is best for our bodies. We looked at many ways that people attempt to improve their health. We began by looking at all the food we eat. We learned that certain foods are bad for us while others are good. We know sugar is bad for you because it causes weight gain. But fruits and vegetables are good because they provide vitamins and minerals essential to our bodies.

Next, we discussed exercise. Exercise helps our bodies get stronger and gives them energy. It makes us feel happy. There are many exercises you can do. Running, swimming, dancing, lifting weights, and playing sports are some examples. Yoga is another option to increase strength. Yoga is a great workout because it increases flexibility and improves breathing. If we want to lose weight, we should avoid eating too much junk food and drink plenty of water.

Last but not least, we discussed sleep. We need to sleep every night. When we don't get enough sleep, we tend to become tired and stressed.
