  5. Positive thinking is vital for mental health. Positive thinking makes it easier to create a happy space within yourself. Negative thinking can cause anxiety and drain your energy. To stay motivated, try to think about the things that you want to accomplish. If you feel overwhelmed with all the tasks, you can break each task down into smaller steps. Remember that you are bound to fail sometimes but just pick yourself up and start again.
  6. Say No. We can often be so busy that it is hard to see how much of our time we are wasting on useless tasks. It is important for you to know when to say "No" and how to do it. However, saying "no", does not necessarily mean you are rude. You are simply saying "no" to something. You can always find other ways to complete the job later. Set boundaries. You can ask someone to help you. You can also delegate this task to another person.
