Next, we looked at exercise. Exercise strengthens our bodies and gives us more energy. Exercise makes us happy. There are many types of exercise that we can do. There are many exercises that you can do, including running, swimming or dancing. You can also lift weights and play sports. Yoga is another great way to build strength. Yoga is a great way to improve flexibility and your breathing. You should not eat too many junk foods and drink lots water if you are looking to lose weight.

Finally, let's talk about sleeping. Sleep is one the most important things we do each day. If we don’t get enough sleep, our bodies can become fatigued and stressed. This can lead us to many problems such as anxiety, back pains, depression, heart disease or diabetes, and even obesity. We must get enough sleep if we are to remain healthy.
